SMITHSONIAN: THE SPIRIT OF EAGLE HUNTING
The following spreads include the cover and a chapter of a magazine I chose, which is Smithsonian. For this project, we were tasked with designing a magazine cover spread, an inside feature spread, and coming up with one main feature (for both the cover and the inside spread) along with 2–3 secondary features (for the cover), depending on the genre of the magazine we selected.
Since I’ve always been fascinated by history and culture, I chose Smithsonian and featured the Berkutchi people (eagle hunters) of Kazakhstan (with some also found in Mongolia).

NATIONAL GEOGRAPHIC CANADA
A project where we were supplied images and have rules on how many images can we use per spread, and the texts but we had the freedom to be creative with the masking and some photos as extras.

THE ART OF AIR
This is a chapter of a magazine. We were given the choice to either choose surfing or snowboarding. I wanted to try something different from what i am used to (the beach), so i went for snowboarding.
