This is Nocturn Gothic, a blackletter font inspired by the spires and intricate lines and arches of gothic architecture. It is available in uppercase and lowercase with a set of symbols and numbers.
KRAKEN SPICED RUM
These are the campaigns where the font was used. We were tasked to choose a brand to sell our fonts to for the sake of presentation.
I chose the Kraken Spiced Rum because of their interesting history (fantasy based) in their website, and also because I felt the connection between the brand and my font. Because of the font and the overall branding of Kraken, I thought of doing something dark, and be creative with th newspaper style.
